Deliver the campaign!

A full-day intensive photography workshop where participants will face four real-life scenarios inspired by the fast-paced challenges a professional photographer deals with in fashion, product, lifestyle, and documentary work. There will be 3 teams of 4 participants each, rotating between scenarios every two hours. Each challenge starts with a short and demanding client-style briefing (we’ll play the role of difficult clients – the real kind). Participants will need to quickly process the briefing, plan, and execute under pressure. Think of it like speed dating… but for photographers. This is not a comfy classroom day — this is creative survival training.

TEAM STRUCTURE

3 Teams of 4 participants

4 Scenarios, 2-hour rotations

Emphasis on teamwork, adaptability, and creative execution. Deliverables expected at the end of the day.

SCENARIO BREAKDOWN

1. FASHION SHOOT – KTM Motohall

2. PRODUCT SHOOT – KTM Super Duke (Dark Studio)

3. URBAN LIFESTYLE – KTM Supermoto + PowerWear

4. DOCUMENTARY SHOOT – KTM Restoration Workshop

At the end of the day, present your shots and explain how you met the campaign targets.

10:00 – 10:15 Briefing for First Scenario (all teams)

10:15 – 12:15 Stage 1 – First Rotation

12:15 – 12:30 Coffee Break & Reset 12:30 – 14:30 Stage 2 – Second Rotation

14:30 – 15:15 Lunch Break + Quick Debrief 15:15 – 17:15 Stage 3 – Third Rotation

17:15 – 17:30 Coffee Break & Reset 17:30 – 19:30 Stage 4 – Final Rotation

19:30 – 20:30 Image Selection + Quick Edit Session

20:30 – 21:00 Wrap-Up, Presentation & Group Feedback

  Participants should bring:

• DSLR/Mirrorless Portable flash or LED light (if available) Laptop for quick editing (optional – equipment available if needed) Software: Lightroom / Capture One / Snapseed (for mobile) Lots of energy & willingness to work under pressure
